Q: How big is the scale? (1:24, 1:18, 1:12, etc.)
A: For an example, 1:18 scale model means that the length of the model is 1/18 of actual vehicle. If you chop up a vehicle into 18 pieces, one piece length will be the same length as the 1:18 scale model. 1:18 Scale cars are about 10"-12" inches long, 1:64 Scale cars are about 3" inches long, 1:24 Scale cars are about 7"-8" inches long, 1:32 Scale cars are about 4"-5" inches long, 1:12 Scale cars are about 13"-15" inches long.
Q: What is diecast?
A: Diecast is a term used in hobby industry referring to a model made with metal body. Diecast metal is made of zinc alloy. Diecast models doesn’t mean it is 100% metal model.
Q: What are your international shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of your shipping costs by viewing your cart, then placing your Country into the shipping calculator window box.
Q: How fast do you ship?
A: 99% of all orders are shipped within the first 24 hours in which the order was placed.

Q: Am I required to sign for my package?
A: It depends on a price of the item. At times we will require a signature on a high priced items.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: UPS ground shipping usually takes 2-6 business days based on your location. Expedited shipping is faster and usually takes 1-4 days.
Q: What time of day is the deadline for shipping when placing an expedited (UPS) order?
A: Orders placed before 1pm PST are shipped the same day. All orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the following day.
Q: How soon will I receive my order if I select UPS 3 day shipping service?
A: Orders placed for UPS 3 Day shipping service are usually shipped the same business day if the order is placed before 1pm PST. Please note that UPS will deliver on the forth business day, due to the fact that UPS 3 day shipping service does not count a pickup day as a shipping day.
Q: How does your company ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO or FPO addresses?
A: For orders outside of the contiguous 48 states, our company will use USPS priority service to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO addresses.
Q: Who should my check or money order be made payable to?
A: Checks and money orders should be made payable to: E TOYS WORLD INC.
Q: How soon will I receive my order if I select UPS next day shipping service?
A: Orders placed for UPS next day shipping are usually shipped the same business day if the order is placed before 1pm PST. If the next day order is placed on Friday, orders will be received on Monday. Unfortunately, UPS does not deliver on weekends.
Q: Do you ship to hotels or motels?
A: We apologize but we do not ship to hotels or motels, no exceptions.
If you placed two or more orders through different transactions and would like us to combine the shipping cost, we will gladly do this as long as it is not too late and your package is not yet shipped.
We take special care in packing your order, but some orders may shift in transit and may cause parts to become loose or fall off. We do not have control of manufacturer imperfections that are common with factory produced models. Please note that very minor imperfections on models, while not common, do occur. However, some models may be received defective beyond repair, and we will be more than happy to replace the model for you. If your merchandise arrives damaged, keep the original shipping carton and email us immediately so that we may exchange the item for you. We will not be able to exchange items or take them back for refund if you do not email us immediately upon receipt of damaged item or if items do not have an original factory box. All items have to be in the condition just as you received it, in original manufacturer box. Torn, scratched or opened boxes will not be accepted for exchange or for refund. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return policy guidelines:
1. All returns must be pre-authorized and come with a letter of email communication inside the box.
2. We must be notified immediately upon receipt of any damaged items/s. If we are not notified immediately upon receipt of the damaged item/s, we will not be able to exchange the item.
3. All defective models may be returned for replacement for identical items only.
4. A 15% restocking fee and original shipping fee will be charged on all refused or returned orders.
5. We are not responsible for lost packages in the event you moved and forgot to change your shipping addresses.
6. If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, it must be returned in the original, unopened condition as it was received. We will refund the full amount, less 15% restocking fees and original shipping charges. The item must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
7. If customers decide to cancel orders, that were initially sent with $9.95 shipping, we will charge actual shipping cost and 15% restocking fees.
8. Please note that any items which have been glued or altered will not be accepted back for refund or exchange.
9. If item is returned to us because the customer was not available to sign for it (in some cases we do require signature on delivery) %15 re stocking fees will be charged. Original shipping fee in this case is non refundable.
10. Please note that sometime manufacturers change their packing boxes and we have no control over it. Our images of the boxes may not reflect those changes and the items will be received in new, updated packaging. The item will be exactly the same.
